EYRA, Vision Clinic

About the project: Eyra is a contemporary ophthalmology clinic focused on precision vision care and advanced optical diagnostics. The brand was developed to feel intelligent, light, and technologically refined, reflecting the core idea of clarity, perception, and visual accuracy. The project required a visual system that communicates not only medical expertise, but also a sense of innovation and forward-thinking approach to vision care.

Challenge: Ophthalmology branding is often dominated by literal eye symbols and outdated medical aesthetics that fail to differentiate clinics in a competitive environment. The challenge was to move beyond these clichés and develop a distinctive identity language. The brand needed to communicate vision through more abstract and sophisticated means - using light, depth, and spatial perception rather than direct representation. It was important to create a system that feels modern and recognisable, yet restrained and professional.

Solution: We created a visual identity built around soft gradients and optical transitions inspired by the behaviour of light and lens refraction. These elements introduce depth and movement while maintaining a clean and minimal overall composition.
The typography remains precise and understated, allowing the color system to define the emotional tone of the brand. The result is a contemporary, almost atmospheric identity that feels calm, intelligent, and technologically advanced - a brand language that reflects clarity without relying on obvious symbolism.

SMILE STUDIO, Dental Clinic

About the project: Smile Studio is an advanced aesthetic dentistry clinic based in Edinburgh, focused on long-term smile architecture and refined clinical outcomes. The brand was designed to reflect precision, discretion, and a calm, professional confidence aligned with a European standard of care. The project aimed to establish a visual identity that feels both contemporary and timeless, integrating seamlessly into the architectural and cultural context of the city while maintaining a clear sense of modern clinical excellence.

Challenge: In a city defined by heritage and understated elegance, the challenge was to create a dental brand that feels contemporary without disrupting its surroundings. Many clinics either rely on overly clinical aesthetics or shift too far into cosmetic-driven communication, losing balance. The objective was to design a system that communicates expertise, trust, and precision, while maintaining restraint and visual clarity. The brand needed to feel relevant, but not trend-driven - refined, but not distant.

Solution: The identity is built around a structured typographic system paired with a minimal, carefully proportioned symbol.
A deep blue palette combined with soft neutral tones introduces a sense of stability, clarity, and clinical precision.
Subtle contrasts and controlled spacing create a calm visual rhythm, allowing the brand to feel composed and confident across all touchpoints - from physical space to printed materials. The result is a refined, quietly authoritative identity that aligns with both the expectations of modern patients and the cultural tone of Edinburgh.

DENT DESIGN, Dental Clinic

About the project: Dent Design is a dental clinic based in Birmingham, positioned as approachable, reliable, and thoughtfully designed. The goal was to create a visual identity that feels local and human, while maintaining a clear sense of professionalism and consistency across all brand touchpoints. The project focused on balancing accessibility with design awareness, creating a brand that feels both friendly and well-structured.

Challenge: Within the UK dental landscape, many clinics rely on predictable visual language, often resulting in identities that feel interchangeable and lack character. The challenge was to maintain simplicity and clarity while introducing a distinct and recognisable personality. It was important that the brand would appeal to a broad audience, avoiding overly clinical coldness while still communicating trust and competence.

Solution: The identity combines a soft, approachable symbol with clean and balanced typography, creating a friendly yet professional visual tone. A warm burgundy palette was introduced to bring a sense of comfort, trust, and individuality, distinguishing the brand from colder clinical color systems. The overall design system is intentionally restrained, allowing the brand to feel consistent, recognisable, and easy to engage with. The result is a clear and confident identity that supports everyday communication while maintaining a subtle design-driven character.
